This organic wine is made without the addition of any preservatives. The fruit is carefully selected from our best block and only disease free bunches are picked. The vines were only 7 years old when the fruit was harvested but the vineyard has been Certified Organic [BFA] since 1999.

preservatives that exhibiting the local characteristics of pepper and blackberry flavours. This wine is made especially for people who suffer from the cumulative effects of Preservative 220 [sulphur]. While not produced for long term cellaring it will provide good drinking throughout 2010 and well into 2011.
Delivery is $10/order regardless of quantity. 12 only 750ml bottles/case; While being a 'young' wine, it exhibits pepper and black berry flavours. It is not made for long term cellaring, but is a sound wine and particularly well received by wine lovers who suffer the side effects fo preservative 220 [sulphur].
