The inside pages are 100% recycled, unbleached paper and the durable hardback covers feature original photography from the 'Harvest' series giving five sumptuous covers to choose from.

Each hardback journal is individually printed and made by hand. The wire spiral binding ensures the journal will be long-lasting and the plastic cover will keep the photographic front cover clean during use in the kitchen.
