Beef - A Madras style curry paste. Slightly yellow in colour, with mustard seeds, tumeric and black pepper the key ingredients. It has a very zesty flavour.

Lamb - This is a khorma style of curry paste, originating in the Mughlai region of Northern India. Cinnamon, paprika, and cumin give it a sweet taste, and an aromatic smell.

Chicken - A seeded curry paste from the Southern Indian region of Hyderabad. It is an achaari style of paste, which means it contains pickling spices. A very desirable and unique paste.

Vegetable - A traditional Bengal curry paste, using a unique blend of spices. It can turn any mix of vegetables into a delicious main course, or side dish. Can be used to make either a wet or dry curry.

Fish - A Goan style curry paste. Suitable for all seafood, with cloves and fennel its main spices. It can also be made into a sauce and drizzled over cooked fish.

Vindaloo - A classic Goan Vindaloo curry paste. It has a very traditional spice mix. Cloves, cider vinegar and aniseed give this paste a very tangy and warm taste. Great with any meat or vegetables.
