The only certified organic distiller in Australia! - Our brandy is truly hand-made, using a wood-fired pot still.

Our brandy is double distilled, as that made in Cognac in France. And also, our brandy is not a blend of vintages as are most brandies.

Once the spirit has been collected it is placed in French oak casks in the underground cellar to mature for a minimum of 2 years (our bottles are labelled with the distillation and the bottling dates).
