About the Project: This Vietnamese Fair Trade Federation company employees over 45 disadvantaged women in Hanoi and offers workshops, good training opportunities, flexibility for mothers as well as paying full medical insurance and providing pension plans for retirement. All of the women are trained on the job and are encouraged to progress and learn new skills so they can be promoted.
